2009-2010 Tools for Applicants

Guidelines & Eligibility

The 2009-2010 Guidelines & Eligibility are now available! This cycle will support engagements occurring between July 1, 2009, and June 30, 2010. You will be able to complete the online application via eGRANT beginning in February 2009.

Applications must meet the general eligibility requirements in order to be considered for funding.

  • Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Organizations may submit up to two applications.
  • Only one application will be reviewed per day, per organization.
  • Learn how to qualify for funding priority by submitting a Star Project application.

Eligible applications will receive 20% of the artist/ensemble’s contracted fee (dependent upon available funds).

  • Minimum support of $500 per application (contracted fee of at least $2,500).
  • Maximum support of $5,000 per application.
  • Applications must be accompanied by a fully executed letter of intent OR contract between the applying organization and the artist/ensemble or its agent. Either document must be signed by both parties and include date(s) of engagement, contracted fee, and all activities included in the engagement.
