Bio
Jody Parmann is an artist, designer, and natural dot connector based in Port Huron, Michigan. After turning a graffiti-covered tunnel into a 32-mural public art project in 2021, she became the go-to person for connecting artists with opportunities. What started locally grew quickly. In 2025, she was asked by the Community Foundation of St. Clair County to scale that work across six counties, helping organize a regional public art effort and build the platform now known as Thumb Art Spark.
