Lo Houser

Lauren (Lo) Houser currently serves as the Director of Project Jericho, a program of Clark State, in Springfield, Ohio. Project Jericho is a nationally recognized multi-disciplinary arts program that makes in-depth, meaningful art experiences accessible to high priority youth and families. After studying Studio Art and Communication at Wittenberg University and graduating with her B.A., Lo joined the Project Jericho team in 2013 and has served as Director since 2015. She leads a dynamic team of staff, teaching artists, and volunteers who believe in the transformative power of the arts. Lo also serves on the Youth Treatment Court team with Clark County Juvenile Court and is currently serving as chair of Springfield Public Art. Leading with an emphasis on empathy and relationships, Lo works closely with stakeholders, including those in the social service and juvenile justice sectors to advocate for the utilization of the arts to promote a child and family’s wellbeing.
