Plains Art Museum will present the work of Chakaia Booker. The exhibition will feature 45 of her prints, as well as 15 prints from Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop Archive, the cooperative printmaking studio where Booker creates much of her print work. During the course of the exhibition, Booker and Justin Sanz (printmaker at RBPMW) will be leading a one-week artist-in-residence workshop at the Museum?s Hannaher?s Inc. Print Studio; one in-gallery public lecture, the publication of an intimate-sized 24-page catalog (200 copies); and a publication of a limited edition print in partnership with North Dakota State University.
