Requesting funding to support Kevin Spencer’s 2021-22 Artist Residency. Mr. Spencer, the creator of Hocus Focus, is a world-renowned illusionist, teaching artist, researcher, speaker, consultant, and award-winning film producer. Serving more than 150 students during his residency, Mr. Spencer will return to Flint-area classrooms this Fall, visiting special education and inclusive classrooms (Pre-Kindergarten through 12thgrade) throughout Genesee County for 45-minute interactive activities.
