We are currently in discussions with Leyla McCalla for a concert and outreach activities. Leyla’s work unearthing history and musical tradition, combined with her knowledge of cultural hybridization and her own identity as a Haitian-American has given her an entirely unique voice & perspective. Leyla will present a live concert and will conduct workshops with area musician students.
