Shakespeare LIVE! will tour fully-staged, abridged productions of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM and MACBETH, performed by a diverse acting ensemble. The artists will engage the students in post-show discussions about the plays and their relevance to current times, Shakespeare’s use of language, and opportunities for young people to pursue acting or other careers in the arts. Fun on-your-feet workshops will provide students with the tools to tackle Shakespeare’s language in exciting ways.
