Throughout Summer 2021 and beyond, All People Arts (APA) will be coloring the South Side with murals. We have numerous artists we plan to work with, as well as locations scouted. Francesca Miller serves as the Walt Neil Mural League Ambassador. The Walt Neil Mural League Ambassador serves as the community voice and point of contact for artists and residents. Among those listed, we have Francesca Miller, Lisa McLymont, Marcus Billingsley, and April Sunami locked in.
