The Bridges Arts Council (BAC) seeks to partner with Watford City, ND professional singer, songwriter, musician, and writer Jessie Veeder, to facilitate two outdoor concert events and a youth writing workshop in the community of Valley City in July and August of 2021. Ms. Veeder is a full-time professional performing and recording country and folk artist, whose original music reflects the unique spirit, culture, and beauty of North Dakota.
