CLUES will pursue place-making and place-keeping activities that highlight, uplift, and rescue the cultural heritage, identity, and soul of the Latino and immigrant community on East Lake Street in Minneapolis. Specifically, CLUES plans to work with artists Gustavo Boada, Flor Soto, Cadex Herrera, as well as up to 5 additional artists, in developing artwork for a Day of the Dead celebration and parade in October.
