Shakespeare in the Parking Lot delivers live performances and workshops of Macbeth, Romeo & Juliet and A Midsummer Night’s Dream to schools across Colorado. Our acting company performs contemporary abridgements of the plays in and around a pick-up truck within school and community parking lots. In-class workshops connect themes of the plays to issues relevant to teenagers, such as bullying, privacy, communication and more. This program will engage over 12,000 students in the 2022-23 school year.
