Frozen River Film Festival will host a short filmmaker teaching artist residency in an underserved Winona school in conjunction with its February 2024 Documentary Film Festival. The teaching artist will have completed one or more documentary films and have teaching experience. The teaching artist will present and interact with underserved, rural school students during the residency and present a free filmmaker workshop for the public at the Film Festival.
