The Gilmore proposes featuring Clayton in a concert recital on February 5, 2023 to be presented to families with very young children who are frequently prevented due to restrictions from attending live music performances. This recital will be one of a series presented by The Gilmore called Baby Grands, which has historically been extremely popular and well-received. Tickets are free. The venue will be the Wellspring Theater at the Epic Center in downtown Kalamazoo. The Epic Center houses multiple performance spaces and cultural offices (including those of The Gilmore). Funding will help upset expenses so that Clayton’s Baby Grand concert can be presented free of charge to the public.
