Shakespeare Behind Bars partnering with the Illinois Youth Center in Chicago will provide a creative, developmental, & instructional program: Shakespeare, Spoken Word, Hip Hop. Experienced prison arts practitioners, using SBB’s Circle of Trust to facilitate learning & practice will provide a means to illustrate, model, & cultivate essential positive behaviors for future success. The program will culminate in a sharing for IYC juvenile residents, administrators, family, & invited guests.
