Shakespeare Behind Bars (SBB) partnering with Illinois Youth Center – Chicago will provide a creative, developmental, & instructional program: Shakespeare, Spoken Word, Hip Hop. Experienced prison arts practitioners, using SBB’s “Circle of Truth” to facilitate learning & practice will provide a means to illustrate, model, & cultivate, essential positive behaviors for future success. The program will culminate in a “Sharing” for IYC juvenile residents, administrators, family, & guests.
