About

Bill Myers, a seasoned professional musician, producer, and Emmy Award-winning actor, will lead this series of 5-6 concerts hosted by our theatre. Each concert will include two 45-minute sets and a meet and greet with the artists following the performance. Drawing inspiration from Indiana Avenue’s rich jazz legacy, these concerts promise to be a high quality showcase of Indianapolis talent and history.

With an impressive track record, Myers has worked alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, including Isaac Hayes, Sly Stone, Eric Clapton, and The Rolling Stones. Bill has also served as the president of the African American Jazz Caucus in New York City. Locally, he has produced special events for renowned organizations such as the Indiana Black Expo, Dance Kaleidoscope, St. Vincent Hospital, and Circle City Classic. We’ve previously worked with Myers to produce concerts as part of our annual Rice and Beans. We look forward to the opportunity to collaborate further.
