Epic Theatre Ensemble proposes a 90-minute filmed version of ROMEO & JULIET set in The Bronx in the height of the summer. The production will merge elements of theatre and film, featuring long-time ensemble artists alongside young professional Epic alums. All of the Public HS residencies will be taught by a member of the cast or creative team. In core partner schools, TAs will guide students in an on-your-feet exploration and adaptation of R&J that will culminate in student performances.
